The project reinforces the edge of the commercial district to the west and acts as a gateway through its two western portals.

The vaulted station intersects the lower block asymmetrically, forming a continuous arcaded entrance on the city side, with entrances for services and private functions located on the park side. Parking is provided to the north in the lower block, the roof of which forms a new ground plain for the housing to the north and offices to the south. This podium is laid out with formal gardens that extend the public park to the building, with the crenellations atop the buildings being occupied individually.
